NVIDIA Announces Financial Results for Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2024

Record Quarterly Revenue

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) today reported revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024 of $6.05 billion, up 21% from a year ago and a record for the quarter. The company also reported record revenue for fiscal 2024 of $26.91 billion, up 21% from the previous fiscal year.

Outlook for Fiscal 2025

NVIDIA’s outlook for the first quarter of fiscal 2025 is as follows:

• Revenue is expected to be $6.5 billion, plus or minus 2%
• GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins are expected to be 66.6% and 67.8%, respectively, plus or minus 50 basis points
• GAAP and non-GAAP operating expenses are expected to be $1.87 billion and $1.75 billion, respectively, plus or minus 2%
• GAAP and non-GAAP net income are expected to be $1.54 billion and $1.88 billion, respectively, plus or minus 2%
• GAAP and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share are expected to be $0.43 and $0.53, respectively, plus or minus 2%
